تفاصيل التحقيقات فى واقعة ضبط 3 عاطلين يتاجرون فى العملة بمصر الجديدة
وكشفت تحقيقات النيابة العامة أن 3 أشخاص قاموا بتكوين تشكيل عصابي تخصص نشاطها الإجرامي في جمع وحيازة كميات كبيرة من العملات الأجنبية بقصد التداول بها خارج السوق المصرفية لتحقيق أرباح غير مشروعة، واتخذوا منطقة مصر الجديدة مقراً لها. مكانهم لتنفيذ نشاطهم الخاطئ.
وكشفت التحقيقات أن المتهمين استهدفوا الراغبين في صرف العملات الأجنبية بسعر أعلى من السعر الذي حدده البنك المركزي، وقاموا باستبدالها بالعملات المحلية، ثم أخفوا العملات الأجنبية عن السوق المحلية لفترة، قبل إعادة تدويرها وبيعها. للتجار الذين يحتاجون إليها في معاملاتهم بسعر أعلى من السعر الذي اشتروها به.
أمرت النيابة العامة بحبس 3 عاطلين عن العمل، بتهمة تشكيل عصابة للاتجار بالعملات الأجنبية خارج السوق المصرفية، لتحقيق أرباح غير مشروعة.
