بمناسبة الاحتفال بذكرى مرور 74 عاما على إنشاء العلاقات الدبلوماسية الثنائية بين مصر وفنزويلا ،
فمنذ بدء العلاقات الدبلوماسية بين البلدين عام 15 نوفمبر 1950 ،
لم تعرف مصر وفنزويلا إلا طريق التعاون والحوار والاحترام المتبادل ،
متفقين على أسس واحدة تجمعهم مبادئ مشتركة ،
تتضمن بناء عالم جديد يسير على نهج يضمن تحقيق العدل والمساواة والسلام..
ونتوجه بالتحية لأولئك الزعماء الذين حرصوا على السعى دائما لتوطيد العلاقات وفتح آفاق مستمرة للتعاون ،
وعلى تبادل المحبة والاحترام والمساهمة فى توطيد هذه العلاقات النبيلة والراقية ،
والتى بنيت على المحبة المتبادلة والاحترام والاتفاق على مبادئ مشتركة من أجل تحقيق السلام ،
فكل ذلك كان له أهمية كبيرة فى تعزيز الأخوة وتناغمها على مستوى الدولتين وكلا الشعبين …
