نجتفل بفعالية اليوم العالمي للفن الإسلامي 2024 الذي ينعقد سنويا في 18 نوفمبر. تتمثل الرسالة من هذا اليوم في التوعية والتعريف بأشكال التعبير الفني الإسلامي القديمة والمعاصرة. فضلاً عن إذكاء الوعي بإسهام الفن الإسلامي في صون ونشر الحضارة الإسلامية بشكل خاص والحضارة الإنسانية بشكل عام.
يعد الفن الإسلامي جسراً بين الثقافات والشعوب على مر الزمان، وقد أنفرد الفن الإسلامي من بين فنون العالم بالخط العربي الزخرفي الذي استخدم على نطاق واسع وفي جميع المنتجات الفنية والمعمارية، حيث أن أجمل ما في الحضارة الإسلامية هو “فنونها” التي تعد همزة الوصل بين الثقافات والحضارات المختلفة، حيث تأثر الفن الإسلامي بفنون الحضارات التي سبقته واقتبس منها ما يتماشى مع قيم العقيدة الإسلامية فتنوعت أشكال الفنون الإسلامية من الطرز المعمارية التي تجسدت في المساجد والقصور، وصناعات النسيج والأخشاب والخزف والمعادن والزجاج، وكذلك المخطوطات وأساليب زخرفتها وتزيينها. كما تميز الفن الإسلامي بكثرة الزخارف الهندسية والنباتية، وعدم وجود فراغات وتكرار الوحدات الزخرفية والتداخل بينها. فيما أضاف الخط العربي بزخارفه المتميزة وأشكاله المتنوعة جمالاً لزخارف الفنون الإسلامية وأصبح جزءً لا يتجزأ منها.هذا ولا تقتصر رسالة اليوم الدولي للفن الإسلامي 2024 على تقدير الفن الإسلامي حقَّ قدره فحسب، بل أيضا تستهدف تعزيز الثقافة الإسلامية وفنونها، وزيادة الوعي حول الجانب الفني والحضاري للإسلام. بالإضافة إلى تخليد الأمجاد الثقافية والحضارية الإسلامية من خلال إبراز الهوية الثقافية والفنية والقيم الإنسانية لهذه الحضارة الأصيلة.
لذا تدعو اليونسكو العالم أجمع إلى المشاركة في النشاطات المختلفة المقامة احتفالاً بهذه المناسبة الهامة، ومن بينها حلقات النقاش والمؤتمرات وحلقات العمل والفعاليات الثقافية والعروض والمعارض. علاوة على ذلك، يسهم الإحتفال بهذا اليوم في استثمار القوة الكامنة في الفن من أجل تعزيز روح التسامح بين الشعوب ودعم التقارب بين الثقافات.
إذ يعدّ أحد العوامل الرئيسية لظهور الحركات الفنية الأخرى، ويسهم أيضاً في إثراء التنوع الثقافي وحرية التعبير والذود عن التراث الثقافي والحوار بين الثقافات.
