أبسط حقوق أصحاب المعاشات

بعد أن فقد أصحاب المعاشات الأمل في إقرار إعانة غلاء إستثنائية كانوا ينتظرونها خلال الأشهر القلائل الماضية حماية لهم من أثر برامج الإصلاح الإقتصادي التي إنتهجتها الحكومة تلبية لمطالب صندوق النقد الدولي والتي كان آخرها رفع الدعم عن أسعار المحروقات ثلاث مرات علي التوالي خلال هذا العام وحده بالإضافة إلي رفع أسعار الغاز والكهرباء مما ترتب عليه إرتفاع كافة أسعار السلع والخدمات دون إستثناء بصورة مبالغ فيها في ظل غياب تام من الرقابة الحكومية وذلك دون أدني مراعاة للبعد الإجتماعي مما كان له الأثر السيئ علي تكاليف معيشة كافة المواطنين .
لذا فإنهم يتوجهون بالنداء إلي السيد الرئيس بإصدار توجيهاته إلي الحكومة بتبكير موعد صرف العلاوة السنوية لهم إعتبارا من أول يناير القادم بما لا يقل عن 20% بعد ضم إعانة الغلاء إلي إجمالي المعاش تخفيفاً عنهم وتعويضاً عما لحقهم من ظلم بَيِن خلال العامين الماضيين نتيجة الإلتزام بالحد الأقصي المنصوص عليه بالمادة المشئومة التي تحدد قيمة الزيادة السنوية بنسبة معدل التضخم بحد أقصي 15% في الوقت الذي قد ارتفع فيه هذا المعدل متجاوزاً 40% مما أدى الي إنخفاض قيمة معاشاتهم بمقدار 25% لكل عام علي حدة .
