خبير دولي : مصر فقط صاحبة السيادة الكاملة علي قناة السويس

صرح خبير الطاقة الدولي الجوهري الشبيني، أن قناة السويس كانت وستظل ملكًا خالصًا للشعب المصري، وهي خاضعة للسيادة الوطنية الكاملة للدولة المصرية، ولا يجوز لأي جهة أو دولة التدخل في سياسات إدارتها أو تحديد رسوم عبورها”.
أضاف الجوهري الشبيني، أن الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية لم يكن لها دور تاريخي في إنشاء قناة السويس، وكذلك ليس لها دور في الوقت الحالي في حمايتها”، مؤكدا أن “مصر صاحبة السيادة الكاملة على القناة وتتولى إدارتها منذ عام 1952″، مشددا أن القوانين والمواثيق والاتفاقيات الدوليه لاتسمح بذلك وشعب مصر لن يترك شبرا من ارضه وخاصة قناة السويس التي بنيت بدم الأجداد.
كما أوضح أن مصر لن تقبل إعفاء السفن من رسوم عبور قناتها، ولن تقبل ان يسلب أحد منهما السيطرة على جزء من أراضيها.
واختتم الجوهري الشبيني، أن فرض رسوم على مرور السفن عبر القناة يتم وفقًا لاتفاقيات دولية ومعايير اقتصادية عادلة، تخضع للقوانين المصرية والممارسات المعتمدة عالميًا، ولا تمييز في تطبيق هذه الرسوم بين الدول، التزامًا بمبادئ حرية الملاحة التي نصت عليها الاتفاقات الدولية، وعلى رأسها اتفاقية القسطنطينية لعام 1888”.
كان الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب، كتب عبر حسابه على موقعه الخاص تروث سوشيال: أنه يجب السماح للسفن الأمريكية، العسكرية والتجارية، بالمرور مجانًا عبر قناتي بنما والسويس، هاتان القناتان ما كانتا لتوجدا لولا الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، وطلبت من وزير الخارجية ماركو روبيو أن يعمل على ذلك الأمر فورًا.
