1.6 مليار جنيه لصيانة الأجهزة الطبية بالمستشفيات العام المالى الجارى
وخصصت الحكومة في موازنة العام المالي الحالي، التي بدأت في 1 يوليو 2023، مبلغ مليار و642 مليون جنيه لصيانة الأجهزة الطبية، والتي تندرج تحت بند “مصروفات الصيانة”، مقابل مليار و642 مليون جنيه. و336 مليون جنيه، بحسب البيان التحليلي لموازنة 2023/2024 الذي قدمه وزير المالية الدكتور محمد. معيط إلى مجلس النواب.
وتأتي مخصصات مصاريف الصيانة المقدرة بـ 16 مليار و126 مليون جنيه ضمن بنود مخصصات شراء السلع والخدمات التي خصصت لها الحكومة خلال العام المالي الجديد 2023/2024 اعتمادات تبلغ نحو 139 مليار و381 مليون جنيه تمثل (1.2%) من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي. مقابل نحو 125 مليار و600 مليون جنيه، وبزيادة نحو 13 مليار و781 مليون جنيه، بنسبة زيادة 11.0%.
ولا بد من الإشارة إلى أهمية اعتمادات شراء السلع والخدمات التي تلبي أغراض متطلبات إدارة جدول العمل الحكومي، بما في ذلك شراء الأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية والأغذية للمستشفيات، فضلاً عن تكاليف طباعة الكتب المدرسية وتوفير التغذية للطلاب في المدارس.
وتشمل مخصصات «السلع والخدمات» أيضًا مصاريف الصيانة والتعويضات النقدية للعاملين في المناطق النائية، وكذلك مخصصات المياه والإضاءة وبدلات النقل للعاملين إلى العاصمة الإدارية الجديدة، مع مراعاة متطلبات ترشيد الإنفاق.
