تفاصيل إحالة لص الشقق السكنية فى منشأة ناصر للمحاكمة الجنائية
أحالت النيابة العامة بمحكمة جنوب القاهرة الجامعية عاطلاً عن العمل إلى المحاكمة الجنائية، لاتهامه بسرقة شقق سكنية عن طريق كسر باب منطقة منشية ناصر.
وقررت النيابة في وقت سابق حبس المتهم 4 أيام على ذمة التحقيقات، وطالبت رجال المباحث بسرعة التحقيق معه لتحديد نشاطه لاستكمال التحقيقات، ووجهت إليه تهمة السرقة.
نجحت الأجهزة الأمنية في القبض على عاطل عن العمل بقسم شرطة منشية ناصر، «بحوزته معلومات جنائية»، لممارسته نشاط إجرامي متخصص في ارتكاب جرائم السرقة من داخل المنازل باستخدام أسلوب «كسر الأبواب».
وتبين أنه كان وراء العديد من الحوادث بنفس الطريقة، وبمواجهته اعترف بارتكابه 3 وقائع سرقة. تم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية وتولت النيابة العامة التحقيق.
