نظر محاكمة 11 متهما بـ"خلية الشروق الثانية" خلال ساعات
تنظر اليوم الدائرة الأولى للإرهاب، برئاسة المستشار محمد السعيد الشربيني، محاكمة 11 متهمًا متهمين بالانضمام إلى جماعة إرهابية، في القضية رقم 6607 لسنة 2022 جنايات الشروق 919 قضية أمن دولة، المعروفة بـ إعلامياً باسم “خلية الشروق الثانية”.
ووجهت للمتهمين العديد من التهم، منها: أولاً، تولى المتهمون من الأول إلى السادس قيادة جماعة إرهابية هدفها تعطيل أحكام الدستور والقانون وتعريض حياة المواطنين للخطر.
ووجهت إلى المتهمين من السابع إلى الحادي عشر تهمة الانضمام إلى جماعة إرهابية مع العلم بأغراضها، فيما اتهم المتهمون من الأول إلى السابع ومن التاسع إلى الحادي عشر بتمويل جماعة إرهابية مع العلم بأغراضها. واتهم المتهم التاسع بتصنيع طائرة لاسلكية، واتهم المتهم التاسع بـ… حتى الساعة الحادية عشرة، التدريب على تصنيع الأسلحة والمتفجرات.
