حبس المتهم بقتل عامل فى منشأة القناطر 4 أيام
قررت النيابة العامة بالجيزة حبس المتهم بطعن عامل حتى الموت بالسكين في منشأة القناطر 4 أيام على ذمة التحقيقات.
وكلفت النيابة العامة الطبيب الشرعي بتشريح جثة المجني عليها لبيان أسباب الوفاة، وبيان الإصابات، وتحديد سبب الوفاة وكيفية حدوثها.
كما أمرت النيابة العامة بفحص كافة الآثار المادية التي تم إحضارها إلى مكان الحادث، وكلفت الأجهزة الأمنية بسرعة التحقيق في الحادث.
وانتقلت النيابة العامة إلى مسرح الجريمة برفقة خبراء من الإدارة العامة للتحقيق في الأدلة الجنائية وفحصها وإزالة أي آثار عنها ومعاينة الجثة. وضبطت النيابة العامة أجهزة التسجيل الخاصة بأجهزة المراقبة بالمكان.
ألقت مديرية أمن الجيزة القبض على المتهم بقتل شاب بمنشية القناطر نتيجة خلافات بينهما. اعتدى المتهم على المجني عليه بسلاح أبيض، وأحيل إلى النيابة للتحقيق.
ورد بلاغ لمديرية أمن الجيزة، يفيد بمقتل شخص نتيجة الاعتداء عليه بالسكين، بمنشأة القناطر.
وتوجهت قوة أمنية إلى مكان الحادث، وتبين أن عاملاً قُتل نتيجة تعرضه للاعتداء بالسكين من قبل شخص آخر، على خلفية خلافات بينهما. وتعرفت المباحث على المتهم وتمكنت من القبض عليه. وبمواجهته اعترف بارتكاب الجريمة، وتم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحقه، وتحرر محضر بالواقعة. لتتولى النيابة المختصة التحقيق.
