تجديد حبس عاطل متهم بسرقة عدادات المياه فى منشأة ناصر 15 يوما
جدد قاضي المعارضات بمحكمة جنوب القاهرة حبس عاطل عن العمل 15 يوما على ذمة التحقيقات، لاتهامه بسرقة عدادات مياه بمنطقة منشية ناصر. وقررت النيابة في وقت سابق حبس المتهم 4 أيام على ذمة التحقيقات، كما دعت رجال المباحث بقسم شرطة منشية ناصر بسرعة التحقيق مع المتهم للوقوف على نشاطه لاستكمال التحقيقات ووجهت إليه تهمة السرقة.
نجحت أجهزة وزارة الداخلية في كشف ملابسات ما ورد لقسم شرطة منشية ناصر بمديرية أمن القاهرة من قبل (سباك – مقيم بإدارة القسم) اكتشف فيه سرقة عداد المياه الخاص بمكان إقامته. وبالفحص تبين أن مرتكب الحادثة عاطل عن العمل «ذو معلومات جنائية» مقيم بدائرة الدائرة. ).
وبعد تقنين الإجراءات تم القبض عليه. وبمواجهته اعترف بمزاولة نشاط إجرامي متخصص في سرقة عدادات المياه من مداخل العقارات بطريقة «الفك الفك». واعترف بارتكاب 6 وقائع سرقة بنفس الطريقة.
وبتوجيهاته تم ضبط كافة العدادات المضبوطة بمسكنه. وباستدعاء المجني عليه، تم تحديد المضبوطات واتهامه بالسرقة. وتم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية.
