التحقيقات فى مصرع شخص بالمرج: الضحية لم يكن طرفا فى مشاجرة
كشفت تحقيقات النيابة العامة في وفاة شخص وإصابة آخر خلال مشاجرة بالأسلحة النارية بين عائلتين بمنطقة المرج، أن المجني عليه لم يكن طرفا في المشاجرة، وأنه تصادف مروره بموقع الحادث بالحادثة، وأصيب بعيار ناري نتيجة تبادل إطلاق النار بين طرفي النزاع.
وكشفت التحقيقات أن المشاجرة التي اندلعت بين أفراد العائلتين تعود إلى خلافات في الحي، استخدم خلالها كل فريق الأسلحة النارية وتبادلوا الرصاص على بعضهم البعض. وأصيبت الضحية برصاصة أثناء مروره قرب الأحداث.
وقررت النيابة العامة تشريح الجثة، وطلبت من الطب الشرعي إخطارها بتقرير التشريح. وأذنت بتسليم الجثة لذوي الضحية تمهيدا لدفنها، وواصلت التحقيق مع المتسببين في الوفاة.
