الحبس 3 سنوات لمتهم تعدى على شخص من ذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة بكفر الشيخ
قضت محكمة جنايات فوه “الدائرة الثالثة” بكفر الشيخ، اليوم الثلاثاء، حضوريا، بمعاقبة خمسيني مقيم بمركز مطوبس، بالسجن المشدد 3 سنوات، لإدانته بما حدث. ووجهت إليه تهمة الاعتداء على شخص من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وفي الدعوى المدنية إحالة الدعوى المدنية إلى المحكمة المدنية المختصة، وألزمته بنفقاتها.
صدر الحكم برئاسة المستشار محمد حسين المر رئيس المحكمة والدائرة، وعضوية المستشارين خالد رمضان جعفر، وأحمد محمد خضر، وأمانة سر أحمد جبر، في أحداث القضية رقم 12963 لسنة 2023 جنح قسم شرطة مطوبس مسجل برقم 2338 منطقة كفر الشيخ.
