حسام المندوة يتقدم باستشكالين لوقف تنفيذ حكم استبعادة من انتخابات الزمالك
تقدم حسام الدين المندوة، المرشح لأمانة صندوق نادي الزمالك، مؤخرًا بشكويين أمام محكمة القضاء الإداري بمجلس الدولة للمطالبة بوقف تنفيذ الحكم الصادر باستبعاده من القوائم الانتخابية. في انتخابات نادي الزمالك على منصب أمين الصندوق في الانتخابات المقرر إجراؤها غدا الجمعة 20 أكتوبر.
قررت المحكمة الإدارية العليا بمجلس الدولة، أمس الأربعاء، إحالة الطعن المقدم من حسام الدين المندوح الخواجة المرشح في انتخابات نادي الزمالك، على حكم محكمة القضاء الإداري بمجلس الدولة. والتي صدرت بقبول الدعوى المقامة من عبد المجيد سليم عبد الصبور، واستبعاد المندوح من الترشح لمنصب أمين السر. الصندوق من القوائم الانتخابية النهائية لانتخابات نادي الزمالك التي أجريت بتاريخ 20/10/2023، في الدعوى التي حملت رقم 77/78723 وزير الشباب أشرف صبحي بصفته وآخرين، إلى هيئة مفوضي الدولة ل إعداد تقرير بالرأي القانوني فيه.

وطالب الماندوح، في الطعن المقدم أمام المحكمة الإدارية العليا، بوقف تنفيذ الحكم الصادر من محكمة القضاء الإداري باستبعاده من انتخابات نادي الزمالك المعلن إجراؤها يوم 20 أكتوبر المقبل، وكذلك استمرار ترشحه. لوظيفة أمانة الصندوق.
