إحالة خفير للمحاكمة بتهمة سرقة خزينة من داخل فيلا بالتجمع
قررت نيابة القاهرة الجديدة إحالة حارس فيلا للمحاكمة أمام محكمة الجنح بتهمة سرقة خزنة من داخل فيلا. وأدلى المتهم باعترافات تفصيلية بسرقتها، مؤكداً أنه كان لديه كافة التفاصيل عن المكان ومواعيد مغادرة وعودة صاحب الفيلا، ومكان الخزنة، فقرر سرقتها.
وأضاف اللص أنه قام بحراسة الفيلا نهارا وسرقتها ليلا، وأنه استولى عليها مصوغات وعملات أجنبية ولاذ بالفرار من المكان متجها إلى محافظة الشرقية حتى يتم القبض عليه.
كشفت تحريات النيابة عن مرتكب واقعة سرقة خزنة من داخل فيلا بالقاهرة، في إطار الجهود الأمنية لكشف ملابسات ما أفاد به (أحد الأشخاص – مقيم محل البلاغ) عن اكتشاف خزنة حديدية. وقد تمت سرقته من داخل الفيلا الخاصة به الواقعة في منطقة الدائرة، وكان بداخلها (عملات محلية وأجنبية) وبعض المجوهرات. الذهبي) وتفاجأت بعدم وجود (حارس الفيلا). وبالفحص والتحري تبين أن المذكور (حارس العقار) هو من يقف خلف الحادثة.
وبعد تقنين الإجراءات تم ضبطه مختبئا بإحدى الشقق بمحافظة الشرقية.. وبحوزته كافة المسروقات المضبوطة والأدوات المستخدمة في ارتكاب الواقعة. وبمواجهته اعترف بارتكاب الواقعة مستغلاً سفر المبلغ وعائلته. وباستدعاء المخبر تعرف على المضبوطات واتهمه بالسرقة. تم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية.
