تأجيل محاكمة 16 متهما بقتل الطفلة بسنت ببولاق الدكرور لجلسة 23 نوفمبر للمرافعة
أجلت محكمة جنايات جنوب الجيزة، اليوم الثلاثاء، محاكمة 16 متهمًا بقتل الطفلة بسنت، التي قُتلت بطلق ناري أثناء تواجدها بالشارع، لشراء بعض مستلزمات المنزل، وقتها. شجار بالأسلحة النارية وزجاجات الصودا حتى جلسة المرافعة يوم 23 نوفمبر.
صدر القرار برئاسة المستشار عبد الناصر محمد حسنين، وعضوية المستشارين حسين فاضل عبد الحميد، وعماد الدين عيسى أحمد، وأمانة سر أحمد رفعت، ورأفت عبد التواب.
وأحالت النيابة العامة 16 متهما على خلفية التحقيقات في القضية رقم 13907 جنح بولاق الدكرور لسنة 2022.
وكشفت التحقيقات عن نشوب مشاجرة والعثور على جثة فتاة وسط الشارع بمنطقة أرض اللواء. وبنقلها وفحصها تبين العثور بين أهالي المنطقة على جثة “بسنت” المشهورة بـ”شيماء”، وهي طالبة في منتصف العشرينيات من عمرها، مصابة بطلق ناري.
وبسؤالهم عن هوية المتوفاة، أفادوا أنه أثناء خروجها لشراء بعض المواد الغذائية، تصادف مرورها بالشارع حيث كان بعض الأشخاص يتشاجرون بالأسلحة النارية وزجاجات الصودا. وخلال تلك الفترة قُتلت برصاصة من القتال. وتم نقل الجثة إلى مشرحة المستشفى تحت تصرف النيابة العامة.
وتم القبض على الجناة من طرفي المشاجرة، واتخاذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة حيال الواقعة. وتولت النيابة العامة التحقيقات، التي أجازت دفن جثة الطالب بعد تحديد طبيعته التشريحية وإعداد تقرير طبي شامل عن طريقة الوفاة وأسبابها. كما حجزت النيابة العامة بجنوب الجيزة مقاطع الفيديو التي ترصد لحظة وفاتها. الفتاة الصغيرة. وطلبت النيابة استكمال التحقيقات في الواقعة، كما أمرت بالقبض على المتورطين في ارتكاب الجريمة وإحضارهم.
