ستفتح مكاتب التسجيل العقاري والتوثيق على مستوى الدولة أبوابها في الساعة التاسعة من صباح بعد غد السبت، لاستقبال الجمهور الذي يتعامل مع المكاتب وفق ساعات العمل الرسمية دون التأثر ببدء العمل بالتوقيت الشتوي المقرر بعد منتصف ليل الخميس.
ومن المتوقع أن يبدأ التوقيت الشتوي في مصر عام 2023 يوم الخميس الأخير من شهر أكتوبر، الموافق 26 أكتوبر 2023، مع تأخير عقارب الساعة 60 دقيقة، أي مساء الخميس وبداية يوم الجمعة، والعمل بالتوقيت الصيفي. ألغيت.
مكاتب الشهر العقاري والتوثيق مفتوحة يوميا ما عدا الجمعة من الساعة التاسعة صباحا حتى الرابعة والنصف مساءا، على أن تعود بعض مكاتب الشهر العقاري للعمل مساءا من الساعة الخامسة مساء حتى التاسعة مساء.
