نقابة الموسيقيين تمنع التعامل مع عازف الأورج محمد عبد السلام
قررت نقابة المهن الموسيقية برئاسة الفنان مصطفى كامل، منع العاملين والأعضاء المنتسبين للنقابة من التعامل مع عازف الكيبورد محمد عبد السلام والظهور معه في أي فقرات غنائية، وذلك لمخالفته قرار إيقافه عن العمل. الصادرة عن الاتحاد .
وقالت النقابة إنه في حالة مخالفة ذلك سيتم التعامل مع المخالفين بصرامة بما في ذلك الشطب وإلغاء التصريح السنوي.
منذ فترة، قررت نقابة المهن الموسيقية برئاسة الفنان مصطفى كامل، إيقاف محمد عبد السلام عازف الكيبورد، بسبب عدم حضوره أمام النقابة العامة لبحث الشكاوى المقدمة ضده.
وأصدرت نقابة المهن الموسيقية بيانا جاء فيه: “بعد الاطلاع على المذكرة المقدمة من الشئون القانونية بشأن السيد محمد عبد السلام معوض أحمد (عازف أورج)، ويحمل تصريحا سنويا، ونظرا لعدم حضور المذكور أمام النقابة العامة لمناقشة الشكاوى المقدمة ضده.”
وتابع البيان: “لذلك قررت نقابة المهن الموسيقية وفقا للقانون رقم 35 لسنة 1978 وتعديلاته واللائحة الداخلية، إيقاف المذكور عن العمل لحين استكمال التحقيق في الشكاوى المقدمة ضده”.
رفعت نقابة الموسيقيين برئاسة الفنان مصطفى كامل الإيقاف عن مطرب المهرجانات عمر كمال وتغريمه 50 ألف جنيه بعد أن تقدم بالتماس لتخفيف الغرامة بدلا من 100 ألف جنيه نتيجة غنائه دون تصريح من نقابة الموسيقيين. في عدد من الدول العربية والأوروبية.
