المشدد 6 سنوات لعامل متهم بالسرقة بالإكراه وحيازة حشيش في الإسكندرية
قضت محكمة جنايات الإسكندرية برئاسة المستشار محمود عبد العاطي مبارك رئيس المحكمة، وعضوية المستشار عبد العاطي مسعود شعلة، والمستشار أمير عدلي أمير، وأمين سر المحكمة محمد عثمان، بمعاقبة متهم بالسجن المشدد. 3 سنوات على ما نسب إليه في التهم الأولى والثالثة والرابعة، ومصادرة القضية. وضبط السلاح الأبيض، وإلزامه بالمصاريف الجنائية، ومعاقبته بالحبس المشدد 3 سنوات، وتغريمه 10 آلاف جنيه، عما أسند إليه في التهمة الثانية، ومصادرة المخدر المضبوط، وإلزامه لدفع المصاريف الجنائية، لاتهامه بالسرقة، وحيازة مادة مخدرة بقصد التعاطي، والاعتداء على المجني عليه، وحيازة سلاح أبيض بدون ترخيص.
تعود أحداث القضية المسجلة رقم 12544 لسنة 2023 جنايات قسم شرطة المنتزه الثاني، إلى أن تلقت الأجهزة الأمنية بمديرية أمن الإسكندرية إخطارا من ضباط قسم شرطة المنتزه الثاني يفيد بأن المتهم وألقي القبض على المجني عليه، لقيامه بسرقة المجني عليه، وحيازة سلاح أبيض، وحيازة مادة الحشيش المخدر بقصد استخدامها، بمكتب القسم. .
وكشفت التحريات أنه أثناء سير المجني عليه «أأأ» سائق على الطريق العام، استوقفه المتهم «مام» عامل، محاولاً انتزاع مبلغ مالي منه. أوقفه، فشهر المتهم سلاحاً أبيض “سكيناً”، وأمسك بعصا خشبية تصادف أنها كانت على الأرض واستخدمها في الاعتداء عليه، مما أدى إلى إصابته في كتفه وظهره، محاولاً سرقة الحقيبة. مبلغ من المال. وطلب الضحية المساعدة من الأهالي، وتمكنوا من إلقاء القبض عليه. وفور مرور قوة أمنية بالمركز، شاهدت المتهمين يراقبون المتهم، وبتفتيشه عثر بحوزته على سلاح أبيض وحقيبة تبغ. وكانت تحتوي على قطعتين من مادة الحشيش، وبمواجهته اعترف بارتكاب الواقعة، والحصول على السكين بقصد استخدامه في حوادث سرقة بالإكراه، والمخدر المضبوط بقصد التعاطي. تم تحرير محضر بالواقعة، وتولت النيابة التحقيق، التي قررت إحالته إلى محكمة جنايات الإسكندرية التي أصدرت حكمها.
