لافروف: موقف روسيا المبدئى ضرورة وقف إطلاق النار فى غزة وفتح ممرات إنسانية
وأكد وزير الخارجية الروسي سيرغي لافروف موقف روسيا المبدئي الداعم للوقف العاجل لإطلاق النار، وضمان حماية المدنيين، واحترام القانون الإنساني الدولي، وفتح الممرات الإنسانية، والإفراج عن المعتقلين.
جاء ذلك خلال لقاء لافروف مع رؤساء البعثات الدبلوماسية للدول العربية المعتمدين في موسكو وممثل جامعة الدول العربية، بحسب بيان وزارة الخارجية الروسية، نقلته قناة روسيا اليوم.
وأطلع لافروف السفراء العرب على الخطوات التي اتخذتها روسيا في مجلس الأمن الدولي بهدف وقف إراقة الدماء ونقل الوضع إلى القناة السياسية والدبلوماسية.
وشدد الجانب الروسي على ضرورة تكثيف الجهود الدولية من أجل تهيئة الظروف لاستئناف عملية السلام الكاملة، وشدد على أنها يجب أن تستند إلى قرارات الأمم المتحدة ومبادرة السلام العربية، بما في ذلك مبدأ “الدولتين”. مع إقامة دولة فلسطينية مستقلة ضمن حدود عام 1967 وعاصمتها القدس الشرقية تتعايش بسلام وأمن مع إسرائيل.
من جانبهم، أعرب الدبلوماسيون العرب عن امتنانهم للجهود التي تبذلها روسيا لتهدئة الوضع بسرعة في منطقة الصراع وتقديم المساعدات الإنسانية لسكان قطاع غزة، وشددوا على عدم قبول تسييس العمل حول هذه القضية في مجلس الأمن الدولي. وموقف المواجهة الذي اتخذه عدد من الدول الغربية بشأن هذه القضية.
وشدد السفراء على ضرورة حل الدولتين لإنهاء الصراع الفلسطيني الإسرائيلي عبر المفاوضات، مشددين على ضرورة تشكيل آلية وساطة جماعية بدور قيادي لدول الشرق الأوسط.
