قال الدكتور حسام حسني، رئيس اللجنة العلمية لمكافحة كورونا بوزارة الصحة والسكان، إن الوضع الوبائي لكورونا مستقر ومعدلات الإصابة اليومية تكاد تكون معدومة. وحذر من لجوء البعض إلى الحصول على حقنة البرد لمواجهة أعراض الأنفلونزا أو كورونا. وأضاف: هناك وفيات حدثت خلال الفترة الماضية بسبب انتشار حقن البرد والوصول إليها. يتم اختيارها عشوائيا من قبل المواطنين.
ونصح بعدم تناول المضادات الحيوية لعلاج نزلات البرد والأنفلونزا وعدم تناول أي أدوية دون استشارة الطبيب المختص المشرف على الحالة.
وأكد ذلك الدكتور حسام حسني رئيس اللجنة العليا لمكافحة كورونا بوزارة الصحة والسكان إن استخدام جرعة واحدة فقط من المضاد الحيوي يسمح بظهور البكتيريا المقاومة له. لذلك، لن يكون للمضاد الحيوي أي تأثير إذا كنت بحاجة إلى استخدامه لاحقًا.
وأوضح رئيس اللجنة العليا لمكافحة كورونا بوزارة الصحة والسكان، أن البكتيريا المقاومة للمضادات الحيوية تحدث نتيجة الاستخدام الخاطئ أو المفرط للمضادات الحيوية، لذلك يمكننا بوعينا تقليل قدرة البكتيريا على مقاومة المضادات الحيوية . لذلك، من الضروري استكمال جرعة المضاد الحيوي التي وصفها الطبيب حتى النهاية.
