جهات التحقيق تستجوب 3 متهمين غسلوا 35 مليون جنيه حصيلة أنشطة مشبوهة
تجري الجهات المختصة التحقيقات مع 3 أشخاص متهمين بتشكيل عصابة قامت بغسل ما يقرب من 35 مليون جنيه متحصلات أنشطة غير مشروعة خلف أنشطة مشروعة وعدة مناطق لإخفاء مصادر الحصول عليها.
وتبين أن المتهمين استخدموا أنشطتهم الإجرامية في مجال الاتجار بالمخدرات لتحقيق الربح غير المشروع وغسل الأموال. وشاركوا في تجارة المخدرات واستفادوا وجمعوا على إثرها مبالغ مالية كبيرة، ولجأوا إلى غسل تلك الأموال نتيجة أنشطتهم الإجرامية المذكورة آنفاً.
وأضافت التحقيقات أن المتهمين استخدموا عدة أساليب لإخفاء أنشطتهم غير المشروعة، منها شراء أراضي زراعية – عقارات – سيارات – شركات – مكاتب سيارات – مطاعم وكافتيريات، وقاموا بإيداع العديد من النقود والشيكات بمبالغ كبيرة بشكل متكرر. دون توضيح العلاقة أو طبيعة نشاط أي منهم، حيث قدرت قيمة هذا العقار بنحو 35 مليون جنيه.
وألقي القبض على ثلاثة متهمين بتهمة الاتجار وترويج المواد المخدرة والتربح وجمع مبالغ مالية كبيرة، ومحاولة غسل الأموال المتحصلة من نشاطهم الإجرامي من خلال ممارسة أنشطة تجارية وشراء سيارات بقصد إخفاء مصدرها وإعطائها مبلغا ماليا. الصفة القانونية، وإظهارها وكأنها جاءت من جهات مشروعة، كما كان مقدراً. عمليات غسيل الأموال بلغت نحو 35 مليون جنيه وتم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية.
