مثلت المشاريع المعطلة وضرورة تجاوز كل العقبات التي أدت إلى هذه الوضعية محور اجتماع رئيس الجمهورية قيس سعيد، اليوم الاربعاء 8 نوفمبر 2023 بقصر قرطاج، مع السيد أحمد الحشاني، رئيس الحكومة. وشدد رئيس الجمهورية على ضرورة الإسراع في إنجاز هذه المشاريع، فالدراسات أُنجزت والأموال رُصدت ولكن التجسيم مفقود أو في أحسن الأحوال سرعان ما يتعطل.
وأكد رئيس الجمهورية على العمل لتجاوز كل الأسباب التي أدت إلى هذا التأخير، مشيرا إلى أن الاجراءات التي يتم التعامل بها أحيانا الهدف منها ليس احترام القانون ولكن الاستجابة لجماعات الضغط لأن هذه المشاريع تمس بمصالحها وتجد للأسف من يشاركها في هذا التعطيل وفي هذا التأجيل الى التأجيل وصارت لها شبكات اجرامية تعمل على أن تحل محل الدولة في عديد المرافق العمومية كالنقل والصحة والتعليم وغيرها.
وشدد رئيس الجمهورية، مجددا، على ضرورة تطهير كل أجهزة الدولة وعلى الإسراع في عمليات التدقيق في الانتدابات لأنه فضلا عن ارتباط عدد من الأشخاص بهذه اللوبيات وفضلا عن أنها إهدار للمال العام فإنها تمثل امتدادا لشبكات اجرامية غايتها التنكيل بالمواطنين وافتعال الأزمة تلو الأزمة كل يوم تقريبا.
وأكد رئيس الجمهورية على أن الشعب التونسي أظهر درجة عالية من الوعي أحبطت هذه المحاولات اليائسة كما أن الدولة ستبقى قوية ولن يقدر على إرباكها أحد، كما لن يفلت أحد من المحاسبة وفق ما يقتضيه القانون. فالمحاسبة مطلب شعبي وليس مجرد شعار ولا بد أن تجد طريقها إلى التطبيق في أسرع الأوقات.
كما تناول هذا اللقاء جدول اعمال مجلس الوزراء القادم الذي سينظر في عدد من النصوص القانونية. وفي هذا الإطار ، أكد رئيس الجمهورية على أن تونس اليوم في حاجة إلى تشريعات جديدة معبّرة عن سيادة الشعب.
