أطلقت منطقة المنتزه الأول بالإسكندرية حملة واسعة لمواجهة أعمال البناء المخالفة، بناء على توجيهات اللواء محمد الشريف محافظ الإسكندرية. وكلف اللواء محمد سحلول، رئيس حي المنتزة الأول، الجهات المعنية ووحدة الإزالة الفورية والإدارات المعنية بتكثيف حملاتها، مشددًا على وقف أي أعمال إنشائية أو إنشائية. تصحيح المخالفات، والعمل على ردع ظاهرة البناء غير القانوني منذ البداية على الأراضي الزراعية، واتخاذ كافة الإجراءات اللازمة لردع المخالفين.
أعلنت منطقة المنتزه الأول أنه في إطار التعليمات العاجلة من اللواء محمد سحلول رئيس منطقة المنتزه الأول بشأن وجود أعمال بناء مخالفة وتعديات على الأراضي الزراعية، تم رصد 4 حالات بناء مخالفة بعزبة المراغي وعزبة محسن في ريف منطقة المنتزه.
وأسفرت الحملات عن إنشاء كمرات خشبية للأعمدة بالدور الأرضي بعزبة المراغي، ومصادرة مواد البناء. كما تم أيضًا فك عارضة خشبية لأعمدة الدور الثالث الدور العلوي الشارع الرابع على اليسار المتفرع من رقم 2 عزبة محسن 2، كما تم فك عارضة خشبية لأعمدة الدور تفكيكها. الثلث العلوي الشارع الثاني على اليسار المتفرع من رقم 2 عزبة محسن 2 وفك عارضة خشبية لسقف الدور الأول أعلى الشارع الرابع على اليسار المتفرع من رقم 2 عزبة محسن 2، وتم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحق المخالفين.
