تأجيل محاكمة شاب قتل آخر لدفاعه عن ابنة عمه بكفر الشيخ
محكمة جنايات كفر الشيخ الدائرة الثانية برئاسة المستشار شريف محمد قورة رئيس المحكمة والدائرة وعضوية المستشارين محمد مصطفى سليم رئيس المحكمة وأحمد فتحي عبد المعطل نائبا وقرر رئيس المحكمة محمد عزمي أبو زيد، وأمانة سر محمد أبو طالب، تأجيل محاكمة شاب أنهى حياة آخر. بسبب دفاع المجني عليه ضد ابن عمه، حتى يوم الاثنين المقبل.
وشهدت جلسة اليوم نقاشا مع المتهم، حيث وجهت إليه المحكمة سؤالا حول طبيعة عمله، فأجاب عليه كميكانيكي، وكذلك هل ارتكب جريمة القتل لينكر المتهم ارتكابه للواقعة، ومن ثم وبدأت المدعية المدنية، التي طالبت بالانضمام إلى النيابة العامة في مطالبتها بتوقيع أقصى العقوبة على المتهم، تأييد حكم الإعدام السابق على المتهم.
وتبين من أوراق القضية رقم 2410 لسنة 2023 جنح قسم شرطة كفر الشيخ والمقيدة برقم 683 لسنة 2023 جنايات كفر الشيخ، أنه بتاريخ 9 أكتوبر 2022، أفادت إدارة مركز شرطة كفر الشيخ أن المتهم “أحمد ع.ح” 28 سنة، ومقيم مدينة سيدي غازي، تم القبض عليه بأحد الكمائن الأمنية بالغردقة، وتم اتخاذ الإجراءات لتحويله إلى مديرية أمن كفر الشيخ بعد أن تم القبض عليه. حكم عليه غيابيا بعقوبة الإعدام. وكان قد قتل المجني عليه خالد عبد الوهاب السيد أحمد إبراهيم عمداً مع سبق الإصرار والترصد.
