وفي إحدى المباريات التحكيمية الصعبة، نجح فريق التحكيم بقيادة محمد يوسف في إدارتها بشكل جيد، نتيجة التركيز والانتباه واتخاذ القرارات الصحيحة في أغلب الأحداث خلال شوطي المباراة. وكانت أبرز الحالات على النحو التالي:
الحالة الأولى: في الدقيقة الأولى يتم تسجيل هدف في مرمى الأهلي. الحكم يحتسب لمسة يد على المهاجم ويكون القرار صحيحا لأن الكرة اصطدمت باليد والـVAR يؤكد صحة القرار.
الحالة الثانية: في الدقيقة 45 يحتسب الحكم ركلة جزاء صحيحة لصالح الجونة نتيجة مخالفة لمس الكرة باليد من لاعب الأهلي محمد هاني، والقرار صحيح. اليد متضخمة بشكل غير طبيعي فوق الجسم، والـ VAR يؤكد صحة قرار الحكم.
الحالة الثالثة: الحكم يشهر البطاقة الحمراء للاعب الجونة نتيجة الإنذار الثاني لتعطيل الهجمة الواعدة، والقرار صحيح.
الشخصية والسيطرة على المباراة: نجح الحكم في السيطرة على المباراة والتواجد في أماكن تؤهله لاتخاذ القرارات الصحيحة، خاصة داخل مناطق الجزاء، وكان تركيزه حاضراً منذ بداية المباراة وحتى نهايتها.
الحكام المساعدون: الحكمان المساعدان نجحا في ضبط حالات التسلل والتعاون في قرارات التحكيم مع الحكم وفق القانون
