الإعدام شنقا للمتهم بقتل جاره دهسا بجرار فى الشرقية
عاقبت محكمة جنايات الزقازيق بمحافظة الشرقية شابا بالإعدام شنقا، وعاقبت جده بالسجن 10 سنوات، وأحالت الدعوى المدنية إلى المحكمة المختصة، متهمة إياهم بقتل شاب بسبب خلافات سابقة بين المجني عليه. وواحدة منهم في منطقة وسط الزقازيق.
وصدر القرار برئاسة المستشار وليد أنور إبراهيم رئيس المحكمة، وعضوية محمد حسني بشرى، ومحمد ماهر رشاد، وأمانة سر محمد فاروق.
وتعود أحداث القضية رقم 4542 لسنة 2023 جنايات منطقة الزقازيق والمسجلة برقم 1783 لسنة 2023 جنوب الزقازيق، إلى 23 يناير الماضي، عندما قررت النيابة العامة إحالة المتهم: أحمد م.أ، 29 سنة، سائق ، وجده أحمد أمب 73 سنة. ، للمحاكمة الجنائية بمحكمة جنايات الزقازيق؛ واتهموا في 23 إبريل من العام الماضي بمنطقة الزقازيق بقتل المجني عليه عبد النبي محمد أحمد عبد الغفار 43 سنة سائق، ومقيم قرية الزهراء باردين بمحافظة الزقازيق. حي الزقازيق عمدا ومع سبق الإصرار.
وجاء في أمر الإحالة أن المتهمين حسما أمرهما وعزما على ارتكاب جريمتهما واتفقا على قتل المجني عليه بسبب خلاف سابق بينهما، نتج عنه مشادة كلامية بين المجني عليه والمجني عليه. المتهم الثاني . وقام الأخير باستدعاء المتهم الأول وطلب منه الحضور إلى مكان الحادث لقتل المجني عليه، وفور وصول المتهم الأول توجه إلى المكان راكبًا جرارًا زراعيًا ملحقًا به مقطورة، حتى قام المتهم الثاني فأشار له بيديه أن يتجه نحو الضحية ليضربه. واستجاب المتهم الأول لإشارته، واندفع نحو المجني عليه بالجرار الزراعي الذي يقوده، فضربه بمقدمة الجرار ودهسه تحت إطاراته، مما أدى إلى إصابته بجروح وصفها تقرير التشريح، أودت بحياته، عمداً إلى قتله. قتله على الفور. كما هو مبين في التحقيقات.
