المشدد 3 سنوات وغرامة 50 ألف جنيه لعاطل بتهمة الاتجار فى المخدرات بسوهاج
قضت محكمة جنايات سوهاج، مساء اليوم الاثنين، بمعاقبة المتهم “AMF” 21 سنة عاطل عن العمل، بالسجن المشدد 3 سنوات وغرامة 50 ألف جنيه، في اتهامه بالاتجار بالمخدرات والحشيش والشابو، جوهر الميثامفيتامين بقسم شرطة طهطا.
وتعود أحداث الواقعة إلى عام 2023، بقسم شرطة طهطا، عندما وردت معلومات لرجال المباحث بأن المتهم يقوم بالاتجار في الحشيش والشابو وجوهر الميثامفيتامين، وترويجه لعملائه الذين كانوا من متعاطي المخدرات وأصحاب القدر. وبعد تقنين الإجراءات وإجراء التحقيقات، تم التأكد من دقة المعلومات الواردة من أحد المصادر السرية، وتم القبض على المتهم ومواجهته. واعترف بالواقعة، وتم التحفظ على المضبوطات، وأحيلت القضية إلى محكمة الجنايات التي أصدرت حكمها السابق.
