اليابان وتشيلى تتفقان على التعاون لتحسين سلاسل إمداد المعادن الحيوية
اتفق وزيرا خارجية اليابان وتشيلي على التعاون لتعزيز سلاسل التوريد للمعادن الحيوية وفي مجال الطاقة النظيفة.
وذكرت هيئة الإذاعة اليابانية (NHK) أن وزيرة الخارجية اليابانية يوكو كاميكاوا التقت بنظيرها التشيلي ألبرتو فان كلافيرين في الولايات المتحدة، حيث تتواجد كاميكاوا في سان فرانسيسكو لحضور منتدى التعاون الاقتصادي لآسيا والمحيط الهادئ واجتماعات أخرى.
واتفق الوزيران على تعميق التعاون لتحسين سلاسل التوريد للمعادن الحيوية – حيث تنتج شيلي النحاس والليثيوم – وتعزيز استخدام الطاقة النظيفة مثل الهيدروجين والأمونيا.
وشدد المسؤولان على أن البلدين سيتعاونان بشكل وثيق للحفاظ على المحتوى رفيع المستوى للاتفاقية الشاملة والتقدمية للشراكة عبر المحيط الهادئ، حيث أن البلدين عضوان في الاتفاقية.
وفيما يتعلق بالحرب الإسرائيلية على قطاع غزة، اتفق الوزيران على ضرورة تحسين الوضع الإنساني في غزة وأهمية الحد من تصعيد الصراع.
