الحكم على متهم بقضية الانضمام لداعش خلال ساعات
تصدر اليوم دائرة الإرهاب الثانية حكمها بشأن إعادة محاكمة متهم لاتهامه مع آخرين محكوم عليهم سابقا بالانضمام لتنظيم داعش الإرهابي.
وتعقد الجلسة برئاسة المستشار حمادة الصاوي، وعضوية المستشارين محمد عمار، ورأفت زكي، والدكتور علي عمارة، وأمانة سر سيد حجاج ومحمد السعيد.
وجاء في التحقيقات: المتهمون الأول والثالث والثامن والتاسع والثالث عشر إلى السادس عشر والثامن والعشرون والخامس والثلاثون إلى التاسع والثلاثون والثالث والأربعون والأخير: ارتكبوا جرائم تمويل الإرهاب، إذ قدم المتهمون الأول والثامن والتاسع أموالاً زودوا بها الجماعة الإرهابية، كما قدم المتهمان الأول والثالث الأربعون والأخيرة أسلحة نارية وذخائر زودوها بها الجماعة، كما حيازة المتهم الرابع عشر سلاحاً نارياً وذخائر. لارتكاب أعمال إرهابية لتحقيق أغراض الجماعة.
وأكدت التحقيقات أن المتهمين من الأول إلى السابع، تولوا قيادة جماعة إرهابية داخل البلاد من خلال إنشاء 7 خلايا عنقودية، بهدف ارتكاب جرائم إرهابية، وتعطيل الدستور والقوانين، والاعتداء على المرافق العامة.
