أولى جلسات محاكمة 12 متهما فى واقعة حفل المنصورية خلال ساعات
تستمع محكمة جنح كرداسة، اليوم الأحد، الجلسة الأولى لمحاكمة 12 متهما في حادثة حفل المنصورية لاتهامهم بالاعتداء على رواد الحفل.
وكانت النيابة العامة بالجيزة، أحالت في وقت سابق 12 شخصا في قضية حفل المنصورية إلى المحاكمة الجنائية.
وفي 27 أكتوبر، تلقت النيابة العامة بلاغًا بتسجيل مقاطع فيديو على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، تتضمن تنظيم حفل صاخب بفيلا تقع على طريق المنصورية بالجيزة، نشب خلاله مشاجرة بين الحاضرين، قاموا خلالها بإلقاء الزجاجات. والعصي على بعضها البعض. وما أن تدخل الأهالي لفضها حتى اتسعت دائرتها. وتم الاعتداء عليهم، وتضرر عدد من سياراتهم.
وفيما يتعلق بعقوبة المشاجرة، نصت المادة 240 من قانون العقوبات على أنه من ألحق بشخص آخر جرحاً أو ضرباً نتج عنه قطع أو انفصال عضو منه يفقد منفعته، أو نتج عنه العمى أو فقد إحدى العينين، أو نتج عنه جرح. في حالة عجز دائم لا يمكن شفاؤه، يعاقب بالسجن لمدة تتراوح بين 3 و10 سنوات. 5 سنوات. أما إذا كان الضرب أو الجرح ناتجاً عن سبق إصرار أو كمين أو كمين، يحكم عليه بالأشغال الشاقة من ثلاث إلى عشر سنوات، ويضاعف الحد الأقصى للعقوبة إذا ارتكبت الجريمة تنفيذاً لإرهابي. غاية.
وتكون العقوبة الأشغال الشاقة مدة لا تقل عن خمس سنوات، إذا ارتكب الفعل طبيب بقصد نقل عضو أو جزء منه من شخص حي إلى آخر. وتكون العقوبة السجن المؤبد إذا أفضى الفعل إلى وفاة المجني عليه.
