جينا أورتيجا تنسحب من سلسلة Scream بسبب فلسطين.. بعد ميليسا باريرا
طلبت الممثلة الشابة جينا أورتيجا من الشركة المسؤولة عن عملها إلغاء عقدها للمشاركة في مسلسل Scream، بعد طرد زميلتها الممثلة الشابة ميليسا باريرا، بسبب دعم الثنائي لفلسطين، ومع استمرار الاحتلال الإسرائيلي. العدوان على قطاع غزة بحسب التقارير الدولية.
ويأتي ذلك بعد ساعات من طرد زميلتها الممثلة الشابة ميليسا باريرا لنفس السبب. وكانت تغريدات أورتيجا لعام 2022 التي تدعو إلى مختلف البلدان التي تشهد صراعات، بما في ذلك فلسطين،… أثار الجدل.
يأتي ذلك بعد أن دعا محبو مسلسل Scream المشاهدين إلى مقاطعة المسلسل السينمائي بعد طرد الممثلة الشابة ميليسا باريرا من فيلم Scream VII بسبب تضامنها مع القضية الفلسطينية، بحسب التقرير المنشور على موقع “nme”.
تم استبعاد باريرا، التي لعبت دور سام كاربنتر في فيلم Scream وتكملة له لعام 2022 Scream VI، من الجزء السابع القادم بعد أن كتبت منشورًا على حسابها على Instagram لدعم فلسطين.
وكتبت الممثلة المكسيكية المولد عبر ستوري على إنستغرام: “أنا أيضا من بلد مستعمر. فلسطين ستتحرر. لقد حاولوا دفننا، ولم يعرفوا أننا بذور”.
وأضاف باريرا في منشور آخر: “يتم التعامل مع غزة حاليًا كمعسكر اعتقال، الجميع محشورون معًا، ليس لديهم مكان يذهبون إليه، لا كهرباء ولا ماء، والناس لم يتعلموا شيئًا من تاريخنا، وكما هو الحال مع شعبنا”. التاريخ، لا يزال الناس يراقبون بصمت كل ما يحدث”. “هذه إبادة جماعية وتطهير عرقي.”
وزعم باريرا أن هناك “رقابة” في وسائل الإعلام الغربية “لا تظهر إلا الجانب الآخر” من الصراع من وجهة نظر إسرائيل. ذكرت Variety أيضًا أن Barrera “تم إسقاطها بهدوء” من الامتياز، وأكدت شركة الإنتاج Spyglass أنه تم التخلي عنها بسبب المنشورات.
