الصليب الأحمر: احتياجات غزة للمساعدات غير محدودة والهدنة بادرة أمل
قال الناطق باسم اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر في قطاع غزة هشام مهنا، إن وقف إطلاق النار المؤقت يمثل بارقة أمل لسكان القطاع، مؤكدا أن احتياجات الناس من المساعدات غير محدودة.
وأضاف مهنا -في تصريح لقناة الحرة الأمريكية الجمعة- أن التهدئة “تمنح الفلسطينيين الفرصة، ولو لفترة محدودة، لتضميد جراحهم، ودفن شهدائهم، ومحاولة إيصال أكبر قدر ممكن من المساعدات الإنسانية المنقذة للحياة.”
دخلت الهدنة الإنسانية المؤقتة في قطاع غزة بين الفصائل الفلسطينية وإسرائيل حيز التنفيذ في تمام الساعة السابعة من صباح اليوم، وتم التوصل إليها بجهود مصرية قطرية ورعاية أمريكية.
وينص اتفاق التهدئة على هدنة إنسانية وتبادل الأسرى من النساء والأطفال دون سن 19 عاما، تكون سارية لمدة 4 أيام، يرافقها وقف كافة الأعمال العسكرية بين الاحتلال الإسرائيلي والمقاومة الفلسطينية.
