اعترافات متهم سرق لودر من موقع بالمقطم: أوهمت الأمن بعمل صيانة
اعترف عامل أمام النيابة العامة بمحكمة جنوب القاهرة بسرقة ربان من موقع تحت الإنشاء بمنطقة المقطم. وأضاف خلال التحقيقات أنه توجه إلى مكان الجرافة وضبط الجرافة العائدة للمقاول المشرف على الموقع تحت الإنشاء «كمبوند»، وقام بتحايل الأمن الإداري لـ«الكومباوند» الذي كان يتجه إليه. لاعمال الصيانة . له.
وقررت النيابة حبس المتهم 4 أيام على ذمة التحقيقات ووجهت له تهمة السرقة، وطالبت بالتأكد من سجله الجنائي لتحديد نشاطه لاستكمال التحقيقات.
عقوبة السرقة
وتعاقب المادة 318 من قانون العقوبات كل من يرتكب سرقة مدة لا تزيد على سنتين على السرقات التي لا يصاحبها ظرف مشدد.
السرقات التي تتوفر فيها إحدى الظروف المشددة المنصوص عليها في المادة 317، يعاقب عليها بالسجن مع الأشغال الشاقة لمدة ثلاث سنوات. وفي حالة العودة يجوز تشديد العقوبة بوضع المتهم تحت مراقبة الشرطة لمدة لا تقل عن سنة أو سنتين على الأكثر. وهذه عقوبة تكميلية منصوص عليها في المادة 320 من قانون العقوبات.
