انطلاق تصويت المصريين بالخارج فى انتخابات الرئاسة غدا ونيوزيلندا مساء اليوم
تبدأ غدًا الجمعة، عملية التصويت للمصريين بالخارج في الانتخابات الرئاسية 2024، وذلك بعد انتهاء فترة الصمت الانتخابي وتوقف الدعاية الانتخابية للمرشحين بالخارج، وفقًا للجدول الزمني لإجراءات الانتخابات الرئاسية. وتجرى الانتخابات في الخارج على مدار ثلاثة أيام هي الجمعة والسبت والأحد، الموافق 1، 2، 3 ديسمبر. وتعمل اللجان الانتخابية خارج جمهورية مصر العربية من الساعة التاسعة صباحاً وحتى التاسعة مساءاً. ، بالتوقيت المحلي لكل بلد.
وتبدأ عملية التصويت في الساعة العاشرة مساء اليوم الخميس، في نيوزيلندا، لتكون أول دولة تبدأ عملية تصويت المصريين بالخارج في الانتخابات الرئاسية. 2024وتجرى العملية الانتخابية خارج مصر في 137 سفارة وقنصلية في 121 دولة حول العالم، والتي أصدر مجلس إدارة الهيئة الوطنية للانتخابات قرارها رقم (27) لسنة 2023 بتحديد مقارها وعناوينها..
ويتوجه الناخب إلى مقر السفارة أو القنصلية الأقرب إليه ويقدم لرئيس اللجنة بطاقة الهوية الوطنية أو جواز السفر ساري المفعول للتحقق من هويته ومدى قيده في قاعدة بيانات الناخبين. وعليه يحصل على بطاقة الاقتراع ويذهب بها إلى المكان المخصص للاقتراع ويضع علامة مطابقة لاسم المرشح الذي يختاره، ثم يطوي البطاقة. يضعه في صندوق الاقتراع باللجنة، ويوقع على جدول الناخبين مشيراً إلى الحضور والإدلاء بصوته، ثم ينصرف. ولا يجوز للناخب أن يدلي بصوته أكثر من مرة واحدة، سواء في الداخل أو الخارج..
وسبق أن أكدت الهيئة أنها قامت بالتشغيل التجريبي للأجهزة والبرامج المستخدمة في العملية الانتخابية، مشيرة إلى أنه سيتم تكليف فرق الدعم الفني المتخصصة داخل الهيئة بتقديم كافة أوجه الدعم الفني للسفارات والقنصليات المصرية في الخارج. . عقد مدير الجهاز التنفيذي للهيئة الوطنية للانتخابات والمختصين المعنيين داخل الهيئة عدة اجتماعات. جلسة افتراضية مع السفراء والقناصل ورؤساء اللجان الفرعية بالسفارات والقنصليات المصرية بالخارج.
كما قامت فرق الدعم الفني بمراجعة المبادئ التوجيهية للعملية الانتخابية خارج الدولة، والرد على كافة الاستفسارات القانونية والتنظيمية والفنية ذات الصلة، ومتابعة استعدادات البعثات الدبلوماسية في الخارج فيما يتعلق بالضوابط المنظمة للعملية الانتخابية.
