تعرف على اختصاصات الجمعيات الأهلية المعنية بحماية المستهلك
وحدد القانون رقم 181 لسنة 2018 بإصدار قانون حماية المستهلك صلاحيات جمعيات المجتمع المدني المعنية بحماية المستهلك، حيث نصت المادة 62 على ذلك مع عدم الإخلال باختصاص الجمعيات التي يتم إنشاؤها أو التي تشمل أغراضها أو أهدافها حماية المستهلك وفقا لأحكام القانون. لأحكام قانون الجمعيات تكون للجمعيات بالتعاون الصلاحيات التالية: مع الجهاز:
– رفع الدعاوى القضائية نيابة عن كافة المستهلكين، أو التدخل فيها وفقاً للإجراءات المقررة في قوانين رفع الدعاوى.
– إجراء مسح ومقارنة أسعار المنتجات وجودتها والتأكد من دقة بياناتها ومراقبة التزام الموردين بالسعر المعلن ومتابعة الإعلانات الصادرة عن الموردين والمعلنين وإبلاغ الجهات المعنية بأية مخالفات تحدث في هذا الصدد.
– توفير المعلومات للجهات الحكومية المختصة حول المشكلات المتعلقة بحقوق ومصالح المستهلكين وتقديم المقترحات لحلها.
– تلقي شكاوى المستهلكين والتحقق منها والعمل مع الجهاز على إزالة أسبابها.
– مساعدة المستهلكين الذين تضرروا نتيجة استخدام السلعة أو شرائها أو تلقي خدمة في تقديم الشكاوى إلى الجهات المختصة، واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة لحماية حقوقهم ومصالحهم.
– المساهمة في نشر ثقافة حقوق المستهلك وتوعية المواطنين بحقوقهم وإنشاء قواعد البيانات اللازمة لهذه الجمعيات للقيام بواجباتها.
– تقديم الاستشارات للمستهلكين فيما يتعلق بحماية المستهلك، وإنشاء مراكز لذلك في مختلف المدن والمحافظات.
يحظر على جمعيات حماية المستهلك والاتحاد المحدد لهذه الجمعيات تلقي المنح أو التبرعات أو التبرعات من الموردين أو المعلنين.
