خلال ساعات.. أولى جلسات محاكمة تشكيل عصابى للتنقيب عن الآثار بالسيدة زينب
تستمع محكمة جنايات القاهرة، السبت، إلى الجلسة الأولى لمحاكمة تشكيل عصابي يقوده محاسب قانوني وثمانية آخرين متخصصين في التنقيب عن الآثار بمنطقة السيدة زينب.
أحالت النيابة العامة المتهمين في القضية رقم 183 لسنة 2023 جنايات قسم السيدة زينب المقيدة برقم 851 لسنة 2023 جنوب القاهرة، إلى المحاكمة الجنائية. وهم: MAM – 59 سنة – محاسب قانوني، AA أ. – 53 سنة – صاحب محل نظارات، وم.أ. – 60 سنة – كهربائي، وم.أ. – 33 سنة – سائق، والسيد ح – 58 سنة – نجار أثاث ن.ك ط. – 37 سنة – عامل مصنع، و أ.م – 33 سنة – عامل مصنع حديد، ج.أ.خ. – 33 سنة – عامل تصنيع أدوات منزلية MSA – 35 سنة – عامل كراج سيارات.
ووجهت النيابة العامة للمتهمين تهمة حيازة أدوات، والقيام بأعمال تنقيب بقصد الحصول على آثار دون ترخيص، وذلك باستخدام الأدوات المخصصة لذلك والمضبوطة بمقر التنقيب.
كما قامت بأعمال التنقيب على العقار التابع لقسم شرطة السيدة زينب، والذي يقع ضمن منطقة تاريخية يمنع التنقيب فيها، دون الحصول على تصريح من المجلس الأعلى للآثار.
