نشرت الصفحة الرسمية لتنسيقية شباب الأحزاب والسياسيين مشاهد لأبناء الجالية المصرية في السويد وهم يتحدون الأمطار الثلجية والبرد الشديد والبرد القارس، وحرصهم على الخروج والمشاركة والإدلاء بأصواتهم في الانتخابات. الانتخابات الرئاسية 2024 في اليوم الثاني لتصويت المصريين في الخارج. .
وظهر أبناء الجالية المصرية في السويد محاطين بالثلوج أمام السفارة قبل التصويت، رافعين الأعلام المصرية.
انطلقت اليوم الجمعة، عملية التصويت للمصريين بالخارج في الانتخابات الرئاسية المصرية 2024، وتستمر لمدة 3 أيام تنتهي الأحد، في 137 لجنة فرعية موزعة على مقار البعثات الدبلوماسية بدول العالم. ويصوت المصريون في الخارج عن طريق الحضور شخصياً إلى مقر السفارة أو القنصلية المصرية الموجود بها الناخب. الأيام المحددة للتصويت واختيار المرشح الذي ترغب فيه ووضع بطاقة الاقتراع في الصندوق المخصص لذلك.
أصدرت الهيئة الوطنية للانتخابات، برئاسة المستشار حازم بدوي، ضوابط لآلية تصويت المصريين في الخارج، وذلك للتأكد من صحة أصواتهم في الانتخابات داخل مقار البعثات والقنصليات، وهي أن الناخب يجب أن يقدم ما يثبت ذلك هويته أمام لجنة الانتخابات خارج جمهورية مصر العربية، ويجب أن يكون إثبات الشخصية إما عن طريق بطاقة الرقم القومي سارية المفعول. أو جواز سفر ساري المفعول ومرفق به الرقم الوطني.
