شهدت أروقة المحاكم، اليوم السبت، سماع العديد من القضايا المهمة، لعل أبرزها تأجيل محاكمة المتهمين في خلية الإسماعيلية، وإحالة 10 متهمين للمفتي بتهمة الاتجار في المواد المخدرة ومقاومة الجهات المختصة بسوهاج.

قضت محكمة جنايات القاهرة، منعقدة بالتجمع الخامس، بمعاقبة المتهم غيابيا بالسجن المؤبد وغرامة 200 ألف جنيه، لإدانته بتعاطي مادة الحشيش وحيازة سكين.
خلية الاسماعيلية
قررت دائرة الإرهاب الأولى برئاسة المستشار محمد السعيد الشربيني، اليوم تأجيل محاكمة 5 متهمين في القضية رقم 6482 لسنة 2022 جنايات الشروق لاتهامهم بالانضمام لجماعة إرهابية في القضية المعروفة بالإسماعيلية الخلية، إلى جلسة المرافعة يوم 2 مارس.

قررت محكمة جنايات القاهرة تأجيل محاكمة تشكيل عصابى تتزعمه سيدة أقدمت على قتل أجنبيين داخل شقتهما بقصر النيل بهدف سلبهما حتى 17 ديسمبر المقبل.

أحالت محكمة جنايات سوهاج أوراق 10 متهمين إلى سماحة المفتي، لاتهامهم بتشكيل تشكيل عصابي متخصص في الاتجار في الهيروين والأفيون والحشيش والشابو وجوهر الميثامفيتامين، وحيازة أسلحة آلية وذخائر بدون ترخيص، كما وكذلك مقاومة السلطات في مديرية مركز المراغة.
