اليوم محاكمة المتهم بقتل شقيقه ووالدته بالهرم
أكملت محكمة جنايات الجيزة، اليوم الأربعاء، محاكمة المتهمين بقتل شقيقه ووالدته، والشروع في قتل زوج شقيقته بمنطقة الهرم.
وقررت المحكمة في الجلسة السابقة تأجيل تنفيذ طلبات دفاع المتهم للمناقشة مع الخبير النفسي الدكتور عارف خويلد أستاذ الطب النفسي وكاتب التقرير محرر التقرير الأخير، والذي أكد مجددا أن المتهم لا يفعل ذلك. يعاني من أي مرض نفسي يعيق إرادته وإدراكه، وهو ما يخالف مضمون ما ورد في ملف الحالة الصحية. ومن حق المتهم والأول أن يُدرجا في ملف القضية التي تثبت إصابته بمرض نفسي مزمن وبناء عليه تم إدخاله إلى مستشفى الدكتور يحيى الرخاوي، كما أكد ذلك الدكتور إبراهيم مجدي حسين رئيس التحرير. من التقرير الاستشاري الطبي النفسي.
وأحالت النيابة العامة، في أكتوبر، القضية رقم 54290 لسنة 2020 جنايات قسم الهرم مقيدة برقم 81/22 لسنة 2020 السادس من أكتوبر.
