حبس تشكيل عصابى بتهمة سرقة الهواتف باستخدام دراجة نارية في الوايلى
قررت نيابة الوائلي حبس عاطلين 4 أيام على ذمة التحقيقات، بتهمة سرقة هواتف محمولة باستخدام دراجة نارية. واعترف المتهمون بتشكيل عصابة متخصصة في سرقة الهواتف المحمولة بمنطقة الوايلي وبيعها لأحد التجار، مع العلم أنها هواتف مسروقة.
أسفرت جهود الأجهزة الأمنية عن القبض على عاطلين عن العمل «بحوزتهما معلومات جنائية» لقيامهما بسرقة هاتف محمول من أحد الموظفين باستخدام دراجة نارية «بدون لوحات – والتي تم ضبطها» بقسم شرطة الوايلي.
وبمواجهتهما اعترفا بارتكاب الواقعة المشار إليها بـ”الاختطاف” باستخدام الدراجة المذكورة، وبإرشادهما تم ضبط الهاتف المضبوط.
