أكد الرئيس الجزائري عبد المجيد تبون، بالجزائر العاصمة، على دور المجتمع المدني في تحقيق سلامة الدولة، مشيرا إلى أن الأهمية التي توليها بلاده للمجتمع المدني دفعته إلى إعطائه طابعا إقليميا وعربيا من خلال التأكيد، بهذه المناسبة، على دور المجتمع المدني في تحقيق سلامة الدولة. للقمة العربية بالجزائر 2022 توسيع مشاركة مكونات المجتمع. المجتمع المدني وتفعيل أدواره في منظومة العمل العربي المشترك.
جاء ذلك خلال كلمة ألقاها نيابة عنه رئيس الوزراء الجزائري نذير بمناسبة افتتاح فعاليات منتدى المجتمع المدني الجزائري “الحوار والمواطنة والتنمية” بالجزائر العاصمة.
وشدد تبون على أهمية تطوير أطر التعاون بين المرصد الوطني للمجتمع المدني وبقية الهيئات والمنظمات الاستشارية للانتقال إلى مرحلة جديدة من العمل المتناغم والمتكامل.
كما دعا نشطاء المجتمع المدني إلى الانخراط بشكل أكبر في الجهود الرامية إلى جعل المجتمع المدني قوة اقتراح فعلية وفعالة، وهو ما سيمكن من “تعزيز القدرة الجماعية على الاستجابة لمختلف التحديات والمساهمة بشكل كبير في ضمان التعامل بشكل أفضل مع هموم المجتمع المدني”. القوات وتطوير قدراتها وتوسيع نطاق نفوذها”. .
