حبس وغرامة.. اعرف عقوبة التورط فى جرائم الغش داخل لجان الامتحانات
ويعاقب القانون رقم 205 لسنة 2020 بشأن مكافحة أفعال المخالفات في الامتحانات كل من يرتكب جريمة الغش في لجان الامتحانات بغرامات وعقوبات تصل إلى السجن. وينص على الحبس مدة لا تقل عن سنتين، ولا تزيد على سبع سنوات، والغرامة التي لا تقل عن مائة ألف جنيه. لا يجوز أن تتجاوز مائتي ألف جنيه كل من طبع أو نشر أو إذاع أو روج بأية وسيلة من الوسائل أسئلة أو إجابات الامتحانات أو أي أنظمة تقييم في المراحل التعليمية المختلفة مصرية أو أجنبية بقصد الغش أو الإخلال بالنظام العام. نظام الامتحانات..
كما نص القانون على حرمان الطالب المتورط في ارتكاب جرائم الغش من أداء الامتحان في الدورة التي يحضرها والدورة التالية في نفس العام. ويعتبر راسبا في جميع المواد. وفي حالة امتحانات المعادلة يحرم الطالب من أداء الامتحانات في المواد اللازمة للمعادلة وفقا للنظام المصري لدورتين متتاليتين. – مصادرة المضبوطات في مكان الجريمة.
