نستهل هذه السلسلة التي اتمنى ان تكون مساهمة في الوعي العام للمواطن والتي اطلقت عليها سلسلة الاخطبوط لكي نتحدث سويا بداية من مصر قبل ثورة يناير 2011….
كان نظام المعلومات في التبادل ضعيف بين الجهات وكانت الجهات الأمنية شبه منعزلة الا في حالة الضرورة القصوي
وكذلك مؤسسات الدولة في جزر منفصلة عن بعضها…
كمثال عند رصف مكان ما تجد بعدها حفر نتيجة لم يتم عمل الكهرباء او المياه او الصرف…
مما للأسف يؤخر العمل ويهدر المال العام بشتي السبل
كان أيضا نواب مجلسي الشعب و الشوري اغلب طلباتهم تعيينات…. او طلبات احاطة بسيطة لحل مشكلة ولكنها للأسف تخص قريته او الحي القاطن به دون النظر لاشياء اخري….
نتيجة الجزر المنعزلة تفشي الفساد وعندما بدأت مظاهرة 2011 كان لابد من تغيير فكر في الجهات الأمنية وكان لابد من توحيد وتبادل المعلومات بصورة قوية….
وخاصة بعد تولي الإرهاب المقنع الحكم كان لابد من ترابط شبكة معلوماتية أمنية قوية بين الأمن القومي والامن الوطني لتصبح كما الاخطبوط لحماية البلاد داخليا من الإرهاب وخارجيا من المؤامرات….
وعند تولي معالي رئيس الجمهورية عبد الفتاح السيسي حكم البلاد… كان لابد من التطوير الكامل وتبادل المعلومات بصورة اكبر لملاحقة الأحداث السياسية علي الساحة بصفة خاصة والأحداث العالمية بصفة عامة…
فأصبح منظور الجهات الأمنية أعمق و اقوي لكي يكون المبادر دوما وليس رد فعل ويكون لديه الاستباقية في الاحداث…
فكان لابد أيضا من عمل شبكة معلوماتية ضخمة مؤمنة تساهم بسرعة في ضخ المعلومات المطلوبة…
واتضح نتيجة هذا الربط بين المؤسسات بشكل الاخطبوط فتم فتح ملفات كبيره مثل الاتجار بسيارات ذوي الهمم والقائمين بسرقة التيار الكهربائي… وقد تم تفعيل عقوبات كبيرة على كل من تورط في هذه الجرائم…
فتم حرمانهم من حصص التموين وكذلك صرف الكيماوي للأراضي الزراعية مع العقوبات الجنائية لمثل هذه الجرائم ….
هنا يجب أن يعلم المواطن ان وجود شبكة معلوماتية قوية مؤمنة تعطى فيضا من المعلومات والبيانات ضرورى جدا لأنها تساهم في بناء دولة قوية وتعطى حقوق المواطن في مكانها وتقلل من نقاط الفساد في التلاعب والتهرب الضريبي وغيره….
