عندما يحين موعد صرف المعاشات الشهرية يبادر أصحاب المعاشات بالذهاب منذ الساعات الأولي من صباح اليوم الأول من كل شهر لصرف معاشاتهم الذين ينتظرون موعد حلولها بفارغ الصبر لسداد ما عليهم من التزامات شهرية ، ليفاجأوا بأن كثيراً من ماكينات الصراف الآلي إما معطلة وخارج الخدمة أو غير مغذاة بالنقود مما يسبب ضغطاً كبيراً علي الماكينات الأخري لتزداد بالتالي عمليات السحب الوهمي الذي يضطر معها صاحب المعاش إلي الإتصال بخدمة العملاء بعد عذاب شديد لكتابة شكوي والإنتظار أكثر من 20 يوماً لرد المبلغ مما يصيبهم بالسخط والتذمر .
لذا فإننا نتوجه بالنداء إلي السيد محافظ البنك المركزي والسادة رؤساء البنوك العمل علي تلافي هذه الظاهرة التي باتت تؤرق كل أصحاب المعاشات ..
