2.2 مليار جنيه إيرادات متوقعة من المناجم والمحاجر بموازنة العام الجارى
وقدرت حكومة الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي، في موازنة العام المالي الحالي، التي بدأت في 1 يوليو 2023، إيرادات المناجم والمحاجر بنحو 2 مليار و182 مليون جنيه، مقابل مليار و86 مليون جنيه في العام المالي السابق، وفقا وعلى البيان التحليلي لموازنة 2023/2024 المقدم من وزير المالية د.محمد. معيط إلى مجلس النواب برئاسة المستشار الدكتور حنفي جبالي.
وتأتي هذه المخصصات تحت عنوان “عائدات الإيجارات” والتي قدرت خلال العام المالي الحالي بنحو 24 مليار و43 مليون جنيه، مقابل 14 مليار و740 مليون جنيه، وتشمل بالإضافة إلى إيرادات المناجم والمحاجر “ عائدات النفط، وإيجارات الأراضي الحكومية، وإيرادات المرافق التي تديرها السلطات المحلية، وعائدات الذهب. أخرى – من هيئة البترول .
ويبلغ حجم الموازنة العامة للدولة للعام المالي الجديد 2023/2024 (الاستخدامات العامة للدولة) نحو 4.3 تريليون جنيه، مقابل 3.066 تريليون جنيه في العام الحالي 2022/2023.
وتنقسم الاستخدامات إلى ثلاثة مكونات أساسية، أولها النفقات، وهي النفقات المرتبطة بأداء النشاط المباشر لوحدات وهيئات الجهات المدرجة في الميزانية العامة للدولة، مثل الأجور، واللوازم، والفوائد، والدعم. ، والمصاريف العامة الأخرى، بالإضافة إلى شراء الأصول غير المالية “الاستثمارات”، والثانية “الاستحواذ على الأصول المالية” والتي تمثل المدفوعات من الخزانة العامة للهيئات والشركات الاقتصادية على شكل قروض ومساهمات لمعالجة الاختلالات التمويلية في تلك الجهات، وأخيراً «سداد القروض» المتمثل في تقسيط وإطفاء القروض المحلية والخارجية وفق المواعيد المحددة لها.
