تدور أحداث قصة ألفريدو في إطار اجتماعي، حول فريد (أحمد فهمي) الذي يترك العمل في مهنة الطب ويسافر إلى إيطاليا ليفتتح مطعمًا ويعمل طباخًا. ويكشف العمل عن علاقته بخالته ثريا (إلهام شاهين)، وكيف يترك عمله في إيطاليا ويعود إلى مصر بعد إصابتها بمرض الزهايمر. للاعتناء بها.
