تجديد حبس سيدة سرقت مشغولات ذهبية من شقة في الجمالية 15 يوما
جدد قاضي المعارضات بمحكمة جنوب القاهرة حبس سيدة 15 يوما على ذمة التحقيق، لاتهامها بسرقة مصوغات ذهبية من ربة منزل تعمل لديها بمنطقة الجمالية.
وقررت النيابة العامة في وقت سابق حبس المتهمة 4 أيام على ذمة التحقيقات، ووجهت لها تهمة السرقة.
وكشفت تحريات النيابة أن المتهم عرض مصوغات ذهبية على أحد أصحاب محلات بيع المشغولات الذهبية بقسم الدائرة للبيع بسعر زهيد لا يتناسب مع قيمتها الحقيقية. وبفحصها عثر بحوزتها على مصوغات ذهبية ومبلغ مالي «مجهول المصدر»، وبمناقشتها مصدر الأشياء المضبوطة اعترفت بسرقتها من أحد المنازل. ربة منزل «تعمل لنفسها» بطريقة «مهملة».
وبسؤال الضحية تعرفت على المضبوطات واتهمتها بالسرقة. تم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة، وتولت النيابة التحقيق.
