مران الأهلى استعدادا لـ سيمبا.. شفاء موديست من كورونا وعودة متولى وعبد المنعم
استأنف فريق الأهلي تدريباته مساء اليوم على ملعب التتش، استعدادا لمباراة سيمبا المقرر لها مساء غد الثلاثاء، في إياب الدور ربع النهائي للدوري الأفريقي لكرة القدم.
وأجرى مارسيل كوهلر المدير الفني للفريق، محاضرة فيديوية مع اللاعبين قبل بداية المران للحديث عن كافة الجوانب الفنية لمباراة سيمبا.
ويمتلك الفريق قسما للإحماء وقسما بدنيا قبل تنفيذ بعض الجوانب التكتيكية خلال تدريبات كرة القدم.
وأدى رباعي حراس المرمى محمد الشناوي، ومصطفى شوبير، وحمزة علاء، ومصطفى مخلوف، تدريباتهم تحت إشراف ميشيل يانكون مدرب حراس المرمى.
وشارك محمد عبد المنعم ومحمود متولي في التدريبات الجماعية اليوم بعد استكمال تعافيهما من الإصابة التي أبعدتهما عن المشاركة مع الفريق.
وواصل عمرو السولية وكريم فؤاد لاعبا الفريق، تنفيذ المرحلة الأخيرة من البرنامج التأهيلي الخاص بهما على ملعب التتش، من أجل إعدادهما للعودة للمشاركة في التدريبات الجماعية.
وبدأ موديستي تنفيذ البرنامج التأهيلي بالجري حول الملعب، وتنفيذ بعض الوحدات التدريبية تحت إشراف الجهاز الطبي بالنادي. وأكد موديستي تعافيه من فيروس كورونا، وهو ما حرمه من السفر مع الأهلي إلى تنزانيا لمواجهة سيمبا في مباراة الذهاب.
وتعادل الأهلي مع سيمبا في مباراة الذهاب بهدفين لكل فريق، فيما يلتقي الفريقان على استاد القاهرة مساء الثلاثاء المقبل، في إياب ربع نهائي الدوري الأفريقي في نسخته الأولى بالقارة. .
