اعترافات لص فيلا بالتجمع الأول: سرقتها مستغلا سفر صاحبها وأسرته للخارج
وأدلى أحد الحراس باعترافات تفصيلية أمام نيابة القاهرة الجديدة، تفيد بأنه استغل عمله في سفر صاحب الفيلا وأسرته خارج البلاد، كما سرق خزنة بها مبالغ مالية..
وأشارت تحريات النيابة إلى أن المتهم قام بإنفاق جزء من الأموال، مؤكدة أنه ارتكب الواقعة بسبب تعرضه لضائقة مالية.
وقررت النيابة حبس المتهم 4 أيام على ذمة التحقيقات، وأمرت بإخلاء سبيل كاميرات المراقبة لكشف كواليس الواقعة..
وتعاقب المادة 318 من قانون العقوبات كل من يرتكب سرقة مدة لا تزيد على سنتين على السرقات التي لا يصاحبها ظرف مشدد..
كما يعاقب على السرقات التي تتوفر فيها إحدى الظروف المشددة المنصوص عليها في المادة 317 بالسجن مع الأشغال الشاقة لمدة ثلاث سنوات. وفي حالة العودة يجوز تشديد العقوبة بوضع المتهم تحت مراقبة الشرطة لمدة لا تقل عن سنة أو سنتين على الأكثر. وهذه عقوبة تكميلية منصوص عليها في المادة 320 من قانون العقوبات..
وتكون عقوبة السجن في جرائم السرقة أو الشروع فيها نافذة فوراً ولو تم استئنافها.
