إحالة المتهم بقتل نجل عمه بسبب خلافات فى الصف للمحاكمة الجنائية
أحالت النيابة العامة بالجيزة عاملاً إلى المحاكمة الجنائية بتهمة قتل ابن عمه «حارس خاص» بسبب خلافات في العمل، وذلك بعد استلام التقارير النهائية من الطب الشرعي والبحث الجنائي.
وسبق أن قررت النيابة العامة حبس المتهم، وكلفت الطبيب الشرعي بإجراء تشريح لجثة المجني عليه، لبيان سبب الوفاة، وبيان الإصابات، وتحديد سبب الوفاة وكيفية حدوثها. كما أمرت النيابة العامة بمعاينة كافة الآثار المادية التي تم إحضارها إلى مكان الحادث.
وانتقلت النيابة العامة إلى مسرح الجريمة لتفقده وإزالة أي آثار فيه، ومعاينة الجثة. وضبطت النيابة العامة أجهزة التسجيل الخاصة بأجهزة المراقبة بالمكان.
وبالفحص تبين العثور على جثة شخص داخل الفصل. وأظهر الفحص أن حارساً خاصاً قُتل نتيجة إطلاق النار عليه، وأن ابن عمه كان وراء الجريمة، على خلفية خلافات تتعلق بالعمل.
تم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحق المتهم، وتولت النيابة التحقيق، وأمرت بما ورد أعلاه.
